We love turning dreams into reality. Our client’s dream was to create a secondary dwelling that could be used as a rental and also function as additional space for the main house. Attaching to dwelling to the existing house was the solution which allows the separate space to be accessed internally from both sides while still being able to provide the privacy required with separate external entries.

We also matched the addition into the existing heritage listed house making the addition and secondary dwelling seamless both externally and internally. We love the cottage style home particularly the beautiful timber windows, VJ lining boards, hardwood timber floors and chamferboard cladding.
