SeaShells’s was the renovation transformation of the run down beach unit. It involved the structural modifications to create the open internal spaces, replacement & addition of the external windows & doors and the complete internal renovation. The results are stunning creating the modern beachy unit. Additional views have been created and the existing views enhanced. Our favourite space is the upstairs bathroom with the result being absolutely stunning. Through our expert layout reviews we were able to find the best layout to include the full size bath. And Wow what about the view that is captured through the added window.
