Far more than just a cosmetic renovation this build involved major structural modifications to move load-bearing walls, create new openings and modify existing openings in order to achieve a seamless connection from the existing house and to outdoor areas. The former outside patio space was even into the internal hallway!

Importantly to future-proof this rear section of the house against previous flooding stormwater solutions were also incorporated into the works to ensure the protection of the new spaces. The end result is outstanding with a high level of detail throughout the finishes – the completed photos speak for themselves!
